Transfer, Reset the Explorer View settings of columns in Q-Dir, how to?
It is very easy to transfer the view settings in from one explorer list view to another explorer view in the file manager Q-Dir on MS Windows 11, 10, ... or MS Server!
User Question:
Just one snag, it would be fine, if in the results of duplicate files, you could select several files at once using Shift, Ctrl, to not have to be marked with the mouse one by one, when you want to perform the same action. Thank you!
If you wish, that the column settings will be saved, of all Explorer view in Q-Dir and icon size, please enable this option Content / Tip / Solutions: 1.
Here the Solution how to to block the Filemanager to open *.zip, *.rar *.cab folder and others in explorer view Please click on the main menu, the item:
Hi Still using your programme which is brilliant but I have one small problem. I havea ttached an image and I want to know how can I make the image on the left look like the image on the right as the image on the right works differently and I don't know why?
I have used and donated a little for your excellent programme but I am having difficulty with one screen I have 4 active screens but the top left screen displays different to the other 3 (which display correctly. The op left screen lists- Today- Yesterday-Earlier this week. I have uninstalled, deleted the folder re-installed and it's still there. I have done what it says in the help file but all to no avail, what am I doing wrong.
Hi! I'm trying Q-Dir for the first time and finding it very good so far. One thing I'm hoping to do though is quickly swap which folder is in which pane. For example, in FreeCommander and other programs, there is a button to swap the left and the right panes. Is there any way to do this in Q-Dir? If not, I'd love if there was a button that let me move a pane up/down and left/right, or even better to drag the panes around to swap them. At the moment without this, it's a bit too hard to use Q-Dir for my purposes.?
1) Start Q-Dir 2) Switch to 4-pane layout 3) In the lower left pane, rearrange the columns (ex. SIZE, TYPE, DATE) 4) In that same pane, enter a different folder 5) Return to the starting folder Note that the columns evert back regardless of how you organized them This only seems to happen in the lower left pane?
